International quality standard used to assess the ability of a business to meet
customer and applicable regulatory requirements and thereby address customer
satisfaction.
Langstone Safetywear can provde a consistent standard of quality, and have a
common sense and practical method for improving procedures. Langstone
Safetywear prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs
and expectations of customers are met.
The standard was revised in 2000 and was developed using a core set of eight
